Quality guaranteed. At ADF Customs, we stand by the quality of our work. We will warranty the product for defects in the materials or craftsmanship for the life of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable, and applies only to the person named on the invoice.

Order processing and delivery times will vary. We will always do our best to estimate delivery times, but custom and backordered production times can change day to day. Contact us directly for current time estimates. We will always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

We are NOT responsible for any damage or failures cause by: normal wear and tear, damage or impacts from road debris (natural or otherwise), mishandling of the product (eg. dropping, scratching, etc.), using the product for anything other than its intended purpose, incompatibility with other aftermarket products, and poor or incorrect installation. ADF Customs recommends all installations be performed by professional and competent installers.

Custom options will be quoted on an individual basis, and additional costs are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser. ADF Customs will always provide quality workmanship, but custom options may not be warrantied in the same manner as standard products.

Deposits will be required for backordered items, reservations, and any custom options. Deposits for backordered items and reservations are refundable prior to the order shipment. The customer (not ADF Customs) is responsible for any PayPal or credit card fees associated with the refund. Deposits for custom options or custom work are not refundable.

ADF Customs will accept returns when product is in perfect/resalable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, taxes and fees associated with the return. The refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned item. If the returned product is damaged in any way, the refund will not be issued.
